New state-of-the-art dining facility for students and faculty

Airspace collaborated with the Culinary Institute of American and Adam Tihany on the school’s new, innovative dining facility on their campus in Hyde Park, New York. The design team took inspiration from international dining halls, developing a playful logo for the space and individual identities for each dining station. Creative signage incorporates a faux taxidermy tuna, oversized ceramic plates and grill racks. The outcome is an amusing mix of materials and fabrication techniques complimenting the eclectic interiors environment.
